Dr. suggested trying peppermint capsules with every meal/snack because she knew I'd rather natural than another Rx. between these and ginger tea, I had on hand, my stomach and intestinal issues are resolved, without chemicals. I have become a daily peppermint tea drinker (iced) and faithfully take these capsules with meals. I used what I had (ginger), because I had to wait for tea and capsules to get delivered....
