Walmart sells tires, but can't install them!

Ordered 4 Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires that shipped to Hanover MD store. I could not have the tires installed on my BMW x4 because the lift area was crowded with recently ordered tires (from Sales, etc.). Sadly, I had this same experience at this same store 1 year prior. Because of this prior experience, I even visited the store 1 month in advance, prior to ordering the tires, to ensure the store had the proper lift (scissor type required with adjustable lift points that align with car lift locations) and it would be available. The store manager, assured it would be. Then on my installation day I called again to ensure the lift was available and was informed that the area in the shop was filled with tires (from recent sales) so they could not provide that service. Despite my asking, the manager was unwilling to transfer the tires to another store, or help me at all. I transported the tires myself, spent $127.20 to have them installed by independent tire shop. I'm not sure, but I'm guessing the full road hazard warranty is void since Walmart did not install the tires. Seems Walmart can sell, but not install tires. NEVER AGAIN! My decision to order these tires and have them shipped to Walmart was heavily influenced by the promised attractive $18/tire install cost. In hindsight, that was a trick since Walmart cannot install the tires if they've had big sales or high tire inventory since they use the shop space to store tires. I spent $55.20 more to have them installed elsewhere, so would like this amount reimbursed. I also demand that the full warranty be honored

Horrible Tread Life

Bought these in November of 2023 at the Jeep/Dodge Dealership in Morgan, Utah. Was told in August of 2024 that I would need to replace them before winter. Obviously, I was upset by this since the tires hadn't been on the car for a year and didn't even have 20k on them! When I was trying to get them replaced the dealership kept giving me the runaround. I was finally told after nearly 2 months to bring in my car so they could take pictures and measure the depth. I brought it in the girl came out and measured the tread and she said they were perfectly fine. I then asked to speak to the manager and when he walked out, his reaction was "wow that's not normal and they needed to be replaced". He said he would look into it and would call me back. 20 minutes later he called and said there's nothing he could do. He said Bridgestone wouldn't warrant them until the tires are 2/32. The tires are in no condition to be driven in an Utah winter! I went to another tire dealer and had them look at them and he said the tires would most likely need to be replaced by January or I would be sliding all over the place! So, a tire that has a warranty of 80,000 miles they will only make to 25,000 or so and you'll most likely end up in a ditch or left on the side of the road! I was also told they stopped making these tires about a year ago! BAD TIRES!
