Top-notch tool for serious cooks
This is an excellent pan, properly shaped for making sauces (its rounded bottom corners are accessible to a spoon or whisk). Heavy, though, well over two pounds--enough that a helper handle would have been useful. Sharply flared edge allows smooth pouring but may be vulnerable to chips over time; I have to be careful not to clunk metal-handled utensils against it.
