Not up to par for my needs
Unfortunately, I was sent a used blender with missing parts and what look to be cat hairs in the box. I tried using it to blend my sea moss and could not blend it at all, even though it was pre soaked and cut in pieces. I transferred the contents into my Vitamix and the job was handled in no time. Very disappointed in this blender and the condition of the way it was shipped. I am returning this blender.
