Excellent for many uses

I bought one at a second hand store around 1998 but somehow misplaced it recently. It gets taken to work with goodies baked in it. I was so happy to fine another and it's a brand new one. The wired handles fold flat for covering up the leftovers and pull out to the side for a great grip when the pan's hot. This has no coatings to chip off in your food and it washes up quite easily. It's well made and will last for ever. Just don't lose it at work!
