Very Effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this every day while on my period and my energy greatly improved! The taste isn't bad and it is gentle on your stomach. Would recommend and buy again, especially if you struggle with iron deficiency

My energy has improved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this liquid iron has improved my energy the most. I'm typically tired from the time I wake up until I go to sleep again, but since taking this every morning, I have a lot more energy throughout the day and can even get through an hour workout after work! The taste isn't great, but it's tolerable, and I love that it's liquid because I gave trouble swallowing pills. So liquid for the win! The look of the bottle is cute but simple, the purple pops. I recognize most of the ingredients in this supplement, and they don't seem to be too bad. Overall, I'm impressed and will continue to use this.

Good taste and easy to consume
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to ingest and tastes okay mixed in just water. Has no medicinal taste. Tried taking it once by itself with no water and it tastes like juice concentrate. Any benefits to health is not noticeable but I'm sure it is there.
