This is THE ONLY cold medicine I have found that doesn't run my heart rate %26 BP up. I have Grave's %26 Addison's disease so i have to be VERY careful with what i take with my meds. This helped my cold without causing bad side effects. PTL!!! I bought the daytime %26 nighttime. Both are great %26 probably kept me out of the ER. Other cold meds run my HR %26 BP thru the roof!

I am borderline diabetic and have high blood pressure issues.. THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Relieves symptoms, the taste isn't too bad, and IT WORKS!!!! it's a lil pricey, but still worth it in the long run
