The one-time-use patch will start to warm once the package is opened, so use immediately after opening. Peel away paper backing to reveal white adhesive side. Attach white adhesive side of the patch to the outside of underwear or thin clothing to warm lower abdomen or back. Neither side of the patch should come in direct contact with skin. just what i needed. a mobile heating pad for my cramps. works great and stays hot. heat is the only thing that helps with my cramps. it will burn if you put it directly on to your skin so be sure to put it on a thin layer of clothing and not directly on to your skin. the instructions DO mention this so that is great that they are aware of that and warn you. great product idea, wish it came out sooner honestly!

Midol heart heating pads work. But I wish it was bigger. Used to use the competitors one that was bigger and fit better and stuck on the material with no problem. Only issue was it burnt me one time. Anyways Midol needs to make it bigger and more of them would be also.
