Instructions
Directions: Important: read directions for proper use. Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 milliliters into cap (10 ml mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 ml mark. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

“Alcohol Free” yes, “Zero Alcohol” absolutely not!
I use the Act Dry Mouth mouthwash and I like it a lot. I have noticed lately that I haven't been able to find the one that says “Alcohol Free”. Instead, I can only find the one that say “Zero Alcohol”. I tried it, and to be honest, it tasted like it had tobacco in it!! It was gross!! Where can I find the “Alcohol Free”? It's nowhere to be found!

I have frequent dry mouth from medications. It is quite bothersome. My Dentist recommended another brand. I bought Act instead because it contains fluoride. It works great at moistening my mouth but I found that I have to use it 2-3x a day....depending on how dry my mouth is that day. It has a pleasant, mild taste and the fluoride is a plus. I would like if it were available in travel or purse size too.
