Cooking Instructions - General - Cook thoroughly before eating. Do Not eat without cooking. Hob - From Frozen - Stovetop. 1) Place about 3 cups corn in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water. 2) Bring water to a full boil over High heat; reduce heat to Medium-High and cover. Cook 4-5 minutes*, stirring occasionally. 3) Drain and serve. *For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160°F. Microwave - From Frozen - 1) Place about 3 cups corn in microwave-safe dish. Add 1/4 cup water. 2) Cover and microwave on High 6-7 minutes*; stir halfway through cooking. 3) Drain and serve. (Microwave ovens may vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly.). *For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160°F. From our chef. Simple Serving Suggestions. ❶ Mix cooked Sweet Corn with 1 (15.5-oz.) can sloppy joe sauce and 1 lb. cooked ground beef for a super change to Sloppy Joes. ❷ Add diced red bell peppers and sliced scallions to cooked Sweet Corn with a dash of ground chili powder for a zesty side dish. ❸ Toss cooked Sweet Corn with butter and grated Parmesan cheese. i was shocked to see all the negative reviews on birds' eye sweet corn. this is so good. it tastes like you're eating corn on the cob! we eat this pretty much every night with supper. read up on the health benefits of sweet corn. It's packed with healthy benefits. like lowering colesteral and blood pressure. i did notice some of the negative reviews are from delivery problems, and a lot of them are from a few years ago. you are not supposed to give a product a bad review because of the delivery, it should be for the product only. i have bought this 5 times and have never had a bad bag.
