It's fine
I have only had it for a few days. I notice that the hanging rope sometimes slips from the notch in the wooden beam causing the hammock to fall. Because the stand from which the hammock is hung is very tall, this hasn't seemed terribly dangerous but it is really annoying. I also wish that the hammock allowed you to sit a bit more upright.
