Its a very nice auger and addition to the traditional augers. The packaging is fine. Unless people want it in a bag in the mailbox. It could be sent tby feeding the auger through the handle with simultaneous loops bolting the interlaced cable wires, and simply clamping the auger wires with a 1 1/2" hose clamps. This in turn, will reduce the space requirements of a box securing the products winding when loseing the the handle screw, and then, both addtional clamps. Safety in this case will be assured In short, the vast majority of clints could be reached with minimal space in the mailbox, instead of outside the mailbox. Coilings of auger could be reduced to fit the vast majority of mailboxes. Just a suggestion.
