This set same in 3 separate boxes on 3 separate days, and we only received one tracking number. I was concerned we were not going to get the other pieces, but they did not centrally arrive over the course of one week. We are pleased with the set, especially for the price. It does take a minute to put it all together but I think that is to be expected and the directions were clear enough. The set all fit together well, the cushions are comfortable, though a little thinner than I expected, and the fire table works great!

I bought this set of two sofas, two chairs, four ottomans and a fire pit table on clearance. The set arrived quickly and was well-packaged with no damage. Due to package labeling, I thought there were pieces missing and was concerned about dealing with a third party vendor for possible replacement. However, a rep from Brafab replied to my email promptly and assured me that it was complete, listing the actual contents of each box. (Honestly, the engineering involved in the packaging of this product it pretty genius.) I'm a fairly handy 75 year-old woman and was able to assemble the entire set by myself. I appreciated that pieces fit together well and that there was plenty of extra hardware. I used a ratchet screwdriver with an allen wrench tip instead of the allen wrench supplied which made the assembly faster. (A battery screwdriver would work, but I don't like to run the risk of stripping the bolt heads.) All in all it was a great deal, and I am pleased with my purchase.
