The Keystone 12,000 BTU 230V through-the-wall air conditioner with Follow Me remote control is perfect for cooling a room up to 550 square feet. It has electronic controls with LED display and a temperature sensing LCD remote control allowing you to conveniently see, set and maintain the room temperature from across the room. Money saving features include energy saver mode, sleep mode and a programmable 24-hour timer. This unit is designed for through-the-wall installation and is not designed for standard window installation (WALL SLEEVE SOLD SEPARATELY). This unit also requires a special 230-volt/20-amp electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet.
- Energy Star Rated: With a 10.5 energy efficiency ratio (EER), this 12,000 BTU through the wall air conditioner can effectively cool rooms up to 550 sq. ft and dehumidify up to 2.5 pints per hour. Perfect for medium to large bedrooms, living rooms, basements, bathrooms, or family rooms. (Product is not suitable for window installation).
- Smart Remote Control: With a thermostat built into the remote control, it's able to sense the temperature of the room and adjust as needed. The 'Follow Me' remote makes it easier to control the unit from anywhere in the room and its integrated thermostat signals the AC to cool the space based on where you are.
- Front Access Filter: Let’s face it. Filters collect dust. With our front-access design, cleaning that dusty filter is a piece of cake. Simply pull it out, vacuum or rinse and dry, and slide back into place for a reliable clean. An easy clean washable and reusable mesh filter makes maintenance hassle free. The unit will alert you through the Check Filter signal when it is time to clean.
- Custom Cooling: While there are 3 cooling modes and 3 fan speeds pre-programmed, you have flexibility. The Auto option will automatically ramp up and down the fan speed to keep you’re pre-set temperature constant. The Energy-saver mode conserves energy and saves you money by turning off the compressor once your desired temperature is reached. This AC unit is ideal for climate control in your home, apartment, bedroom, or living room.
- Universal Fit: This air conditioner will fit in your existing 24. 5” to 27” durable sleeve. We guarantee it. At 20. 3” D x 24. 2” W x 14. 5” H, we provide the foam seals and installation kit necessary to retrofit your existing sleeve. If you don’t have a sleeve, the matching Keystone KSTSLV1 is also available for purchase (sold separately), which allows for an easy, sturdy installation. Special 230-volt/20-amp electrical outlet required (Unit will not work with a standard 115V outlet)

The a/c was delivered so fast! It only took 2 days to arrive. I'm so glad because my old a/c was on it's last legs and was barely working. It was super easy to install. They send you everything you need. The controls are pretty self-explanatory. I did have to read the manual for the remote though. It took about an hour and it has the apartment nice and cool. It's pretty quiet too. Compared to my old one, it's much more quiet! It's a little more expensive than I wanted to pay, but it is definitely getting the job done. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
