Makes a smooth, delicious cold-brew tea
I have been a longtime fan of Blackberry Sage Tea, but I drank it almost exclusively in the cooler months because of the heat from brewing, but this summer I learned to put eight bags in a half gallon of water and like it cold brew in the refrigerator for twelve hours. It make a very smooth, delicious tea, and its already cold and ready to drink as soon as you remove the tea bags. It's now my all year favorite.
