Earlier reservations dispelled

I initially had some reservations about the rigidity of the faucet as there is a small amount of flexibility in the tower when turning off and on. I also had some concerns in having to find the sweet spot at the center of the V to turn the faucet off. I am happy to report that my concerns have been dispelled as my earlier comments have not been a problem. The faucet is very smooth and one finds the bottom of the V almost automatically and the faucet is performing well. I am also impressed with the after market support from Delta on their products and have no problem with recommending this faucet unconditionally,

We look at a display of over 80 faucets and we kept coming back to the Delta one handle model as a good replacement for our current defective faucet. It was both stylish and functional. i recieved my parts and was able to make repairs in under a hour.

I had a leak from a faucet that was under a year old and called in for repair parts. All I needed was my old receipt and a the model number to receive my parts. It would have been quicker if I had followed the advice of my store and registered the faucet when I had bought it but I was still able to get what I needed.
