<p>Your BP710N Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor, excluding the arm cuff, is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within 2 years from the date of purchase, when used in accordance with the instructions provided with the monitor. The arm cuff is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within 1 year from the date of purchase when the monitor is used in accordance with the instructions provided with the monitor. The above warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser. We will, at our option, replace without charge any monitor or arm cuff covered by the above warranty. Replacement is our only responsibility and your only remedy under the above warranty. To obtain warranty service contact Customer Service by calling 1-800-634-4350 for the address of the inspection center and the return shipping and handling fee. Enclose the original printed receipt. Include a letter, with your name, address, phone number, and description of the specific problem. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit. Because of possible loss in transit, we recommend insuring the product with return receipt requested. A good monitor
I first ordered the sports wrist monitor and found it to always give very high readings. I was concerned that that my blood pressure was bad so I went to doctor to have it checked and it was a normal reading. When I got home I again took it with the wrist monitor and it again read high so returned it and ordered this Omron 3 series. It came in 2 days so I took reading and it agreed with doctors office. I have since taken reading twice weekly and it seems to give good readings. So I am very happy with this monitor and feel it is accurate.

The Omron 3series far exceeded my expectations... It's extremely accurate and gives consistent readings... I was considering purchasing something other than an Omron im glad I didn't.. The unit is much larger than I thought which is fine...very easy to set up and operate....has 12 memory settings... More than sufficient for my needs. Very impressed with the adjustable cuff...fits my arm perfectly...works well for females and younger adults... The Omron customer service people are ready to assist with any questions people might have..very reassuring.. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.. Michael age 65..

Simple Good Monitor
My wrist style pressure monitor which I'd had for 5 years was giving me inaccurate readings; not good when you need to monitor your BP. After some research and reading other reviews I decided on the Omron 3 Series. I wanted a basic easy to use monitor that had a arm cuff that would fit my little larger than average arm. Right out the box I was able to take a reading (after installing 2 AA batteries not included). The cuff went on comfortably though inflated there is a little discomfort occassionally but not unbearable. It tracks 14 readings for one person. There are other monitors with more bells and whistles however, if you are looking for an affordable basic monitor easy to use and accurate, the Omron 3 is a good fit in my opinion.
