I'm vegan and I have made my own plant based t*rky roast, but it was not great! I have gotten the Gardein roast for the last couple of years for Thanksgiving and it is fantastic! It includes the gravy too! I am never disappointed with Gardein's products. Good stuff!

It tastes amazing. Even if there wasn't animal cruelty involved in choosing to consume turkeys, I'd still prefer this. The texture is great(crunchy on outside, thick “meaty” layer, soft stuffing inside) and the taste is wonderful. It comes with two gravy packs which are amazing over mashed potatoes.
