Handles power well but the fan is noisy.

Provides clean power output when input voltage is not very stable, such as inside an RV. However, the fan noise is significant in an otherwise quite office environment...a constant drone. It would be a 5-Star product if the fan noise level was less, or at least variable, based on load or heat level. If this was a rack mount model the noise level would not be as of much a consideration.
