I like that they are gummies and easy to take. I did the pill form of these and felt as though they were lodged in my throat. Never had I had a issue taking pills before, but did with this brand. These seem to be fresher than the last couple of bottles I have ordered. The colors of the gummies seem more vibrant. I compared the bottle with the last one and it was exactly the same. I thought maybe the flavors were different but they weren't. Maybe the last 2 bottles I had were an older Lot?
