Your service was fantastic !!

I purchased a Prestige Pro 665 almost 4 years ago and contacted your Customer Service Team recently to advise you how disappointed I was with the original cover that came with the bbq. The bbq is top of the line and quite expensive and I would expect the accessories would be top quality to align with the brand but the cover faded within 6 months and over the past couple of years the fabric started disintegrating with holes showing up everywhere. Anyway when I explained this I was pleasantly surprised when your CS immediately offered to replace the cover with your newest model free of charge. It is great that you stand behind your brand. It has restored my confidence in buying Napoleon products.

Excellent Product & Excellent Warranty Service

We bought the Prestige 500 gas bbq in 2013 & just recently needed to replace the cast iron grills & manifold. Napoleon stood by their 10 yr. warranty & replaced all of these parts. This is only the 2nd bbq (1st one was Napoleon - propane) that we have purchased since we have been married - 29 yrs. ago. We would never purchase any other bbq brand other than Napoleon. We absolutely love them.

Durable and good looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cover a year and a half ago it still looks brand new. It covers the entire grill down to the wheels. I am so happy with this purchase and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality cover.
