I Wanted a Stainless Steel Instant Pot Inner Pot!

My 8 qt Instant Pot was from Walmart, a model exclusive to them. The pot is ceramic non-stick. A few weeks ago I discovered that Instant Pot is no longer in business. I actually checked Amazon first for a 8 at pot…there was none. So I google searched it and Walmart popped it. I ordered it. I also searched and purchased the several silicone rings that create the pressure in the lid! Just in case. I love my instant pot and just wanted to ensure it will serve me for decades to come. Oh, delivery arrived two days early,,,I was a bit confused by how fast it was delivered and tried to (jokingly) hand the box back to the delivery man …asking him to return in 48 hours! We both laughed. Great service. Thanks Walmart!😊

Useful to have this inner pot

Good quality 3 litre stainless steel pot. I use it for steaming milk inside my 6 litre Instant Pot when I make yogurt. It's also useful for cooking stews, soups etc on stove top, and then with the silicone lid storing it in my fridge, as it is very compact. Which means I don't need to transfer food to other containers for fridge storage. So it saves unnecessary washing-up!
