Instant "hot" water

Excellent addition to any kitchen and is used daily over/over again for warming cups, extra hot clean to glasses, quickly cleaning a sticky or messy utensil. What I might have once considered a luxury, I find it a time and money saver, as well as environmentally friendly. Not more wasting water for "hot" water. Excellent for instant tea, coffees, cocoa, also.

We own THREE of these hot water dispensers -- all identical!

When we sold our home last year, one of the things we did not want to leave behind was this exact hot water dispenser. Then, when we were building our empty-nester in Atlanta, we had the builder install two (one at the kitchen sink on the main level and one at a wet bar upstairs in the loft -- perfect for tea and those instant Starbucks Via coffees). THEN we built a condo in Orlando and again specified this dispenser for our kitchen (we have no wet bar there). We have had zero problem with any of them so far.

This product enhances the stainless steel sink

We built a new town home and we had an insinkerator installed, one with a knob, I found this difficult to turn with arthritic hands so had the new FGN 1100 insinkerator installed and have found it to be very much to our liking. Not only is it easier to turn on, but the overall look is more elegant. We are very pleased with this insinkerator.
