  When filming in high contrast environments, such as indoors or in bright sunshine, footage can be underexposed in some areas and over in others. Backgrounds look bleached and subjects in the foreground appear in shadow. The VX870 captures footage in HDR, blending different exposures together to create completely balanced video.
• Smooth, stable shots
  A number of features are built into the VX870 to counteract unwanted movement. Level Shot Function detects tilt and automatically corrects footage. But sometimes you might want a handheld effect so there are three settings: strong, normal and off. The 5-axis HYBRID O.I.S.+ feature also stabilizes your footage, automatically compensating blur from camera zooms and walking.
• Stream video from a separate device
