I use this ground chicken as the base for chicken pizza instead of dough, and it's delicious! We season it well and it holds together nicely. It's packed with protein and probably works well for other recipes too. The price is definitely worth it for the quality. It's a must in my shopping cart.

I wish it came in 2 1/2 lb packages! This ground chicken is great for homemade sausage patties and various types of meatballs for the Mediterranean diet. I precook the meatballs and then freeze them in single serve vacuum pouches, but freeze the patties.

Harvestland ground chicken is a staple item for me. Not only doesn't have antibiotic's but I am unable to eat any mammal meats due to aloha-gal, but besides their other organic chicken products - ground chicken / it can replace ANY ground beef dish. I'm so happy I can order it.
