Flimsy and not magnetic

The item was delivered half smashed because it was placed in a box not large enough to safely store it. It's also flimsy plastic that bends easily and doesn't hold its shape. We ordered a magnetic whiteboard and this "magnet" marker holder doesn't even stick onto it while other agents do. Very poor design and execution.
