I've been taking Nature's Bounty B-12 Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg and it's been great so far. I like that it's the active form of B-12 and that the tablets dissolve quickly—no swallowing issues at all. I've noticed I feel more energized and less sluggish during the day, especially in the mornings. It doesn't upset my stomach and has a mild taste. Overall, it's an easy and effective way to support my energy levels, and I'd recommend it.
