BOSCH 500 Series Single Wall Oven
This is my first electric oven The temperature is even and warms up fast I have baked scones, muffins, and pork butt roasts. All are baked to perfection.

Replacing a wonderful 1962 GE Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard to replace an amazing original oven. We replacedour original 1962 GE oven with this Euro-convection unit. The learning curve switching has not been steep, but I am pleased to report that I've finally figure out how to broil pizza ingredients, and crisp the crust. Other cooking tasks are easy and straitforward. The temperature is very even. The oven heats up very quickly. It does not get as hot at our old-school oven, so pizzas take longer, but most other foods cook in the recommended amount of time. It's a beautiful thing, and receives lot of compliments.
