I have used a bonger for ten years the best threraputic help I have ever bought for better circulation, relax muscles, decongest, Helps me get a breathe when muscles are tight, nerve pain, stress relief, steady your heart tap, sciatia heal, stop muscle cramps...I never want to go anywhere without my bonger... Everyone should have one for life healthy self help...
