Great Gift Idea, especially at this time of year!

These work well for side dishes at a fancy meal (like Thanksgiving or Christmas), or for individual servings of something special. I bake individual servings of homemade macaroni & cheese, and can individualize the servings as appropriate (one of my family members like slices of fresh tomatoes added; another likes onions and bacon. Be creative!
