If you can catch it in time and be consistent, this stuff works great! Boiron has a LOT of homeopathic remedies, just search for them. With Boiron, depending on what you get, you may need to take it every 4 or 6 hours, I trust them, and prefer this over dumping man made chemicals in my body. Boiron sleep products work great too.
