I was surprised because not even the medicine I was prescribed was. My allergies are going crazy especially with the pollen and Spring in full bloom. I wanted to give this a try I'm so glad I was able to receive this product for free to review because I did purchase my own product afterwards for another symptom. You have to twist the cap, pour 5 pellets in the cap and put directly under your tongue. Don't chew or swallow wait until it's fully dissolved. I am a Boiron customer now.
