I could not believe this would work. But it DID!!! My cramps are sooooo severe in my legs and toes that I'm constantly looking for products that will help. This is a keeper. I do use other products but tend to get busy and forget to use them. At bedtime I'm sooo tired I forget to put the ointment on that works well. It never fails I get woke up with the cramps and I take these little pellets and bam the cramps go away. I usually only have to use it once except when they are really BAD. Then I have to take another dose. But that is the most I have to do. They are well worth trying if you suffer from leg cramps.
