I had a left hip replacement surgery. Although I knew Arnica Montana would not have interferred with pre surgery procedures, i did not take it per my physician's instruction. So I started it the of surgery after i was home It dramatically limited the bruising and pain was greatly lessened because of it.

So far it seems to work, easy to use as the tiny pills go under the tongue, only issue I have is I have to use 2 hands to get the tiny pills out of the tube and into the cap, the top of the tube turns which allows the pills to drop out one at a time
