I am 5' 2" and wear a X-Large to a XX- Large shirts. For pants, I wear a size 14 wide to 16 normal cut pants. The vest fits perfectly. By that, I mean plenty of room throughout without being too loose. I am short, so the vest does come down to my lower abdomen. It might not if you are on the taller size. The nylon feels soft %26 doesn't make a crinkly nose when you move. I very happy with my purchase.
