Bobs Red Mill, Gluten Free, Vanilla Yellow Cake Mix, 19 oz Plastic Bag

I use this cake mix to make many different cakes and they have all turned out great. You'd never guess they are gluten free. My latest was a cinnamon Bundt cake. Instead of using 1/2 cup of water as directed, I used 3/4 cup of sour cream. I poured a third of the batter in a Bundt pan and then sprinkled with cinnamon and brown sugar and repeated layers until done and did a little swirl with a knife. It baked at 350 for about an hour or until the tester comes out clean. .

Best Gluten Free cake mix, flour mix I've ever used! Best used with denser cake recipes, very versatile. I use it with recipes calling for packaged cake mix, and for those that don't, modifying the portions in so doing. My family is not gluten free like I am, and they can't tell the difference most of the time.
