One of the few "bars" that does not reek havoc on my digestion. And right now, anyway, the price is awesome at $3.86 per box. It is a very heavy, dense muffin, which is great because it keeps me full for a while. I consider the sugar content to be moderate at 16% (brown rice syrup and cane)
