I ordered a sash for my birthday Dec. 5th on Nov. 19. it has not arrived yet. 17 days later a package came and it was for my neighbor. and now i have to wait 2 more days to make a claim. Had i known it would take more than 17 days to come, i would have gotten one from the store. horrible service.
