I was looking for cracked wheat for hot cereal that I used to cook for my kids back in the 1970s and I found it with Bob's Red Mill Bulgar Wheat. I just ran out I use this instead of white rice it has low impact on your blood sugar slow release not like white rice and it's very healthy for you it cooks just like rice the way to cook it is on the back of package and I also buy quinoa all the ancient grains instead of rice.
