I love this oat
I only eat this Instant rolled oats they are a quick and convenient breakfast option. They cook in 3 minutes and have a soft, creamy texture. I personally cook them with a little milk and water with peanut butter. Their mild flavor pairs well with a variety of toppings, making them versatile. Nutritionally, they're a good source of fiber, protein, and essential minerals. However, the texture might be too smooth for those who prefer traditional oats. Overall, instant rolled oats are a great choice for a fast, healthy.

Excellent!
I have tried several products from this brand and find then=m to produce good quality, well priced products. This is a really convenient, quick and tasty breakfast option when I'm short on time. The instant oats cook really fast on the hob or in the microwave or even just with boiled water.
