Microwave instructions Combine 1/3 cup Oat Bran Cereal, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Let stand in the microwave for 3 minutes. Makes 1 serving. Slow Cooker Instructions Combine 1 1/2 cups water, 2/3 cup Oat Bran Cereal and 1/4 tsp salt in the slow cooker. Stir well. Cook on low for 1 hour. Makes 2 servings.

Oat bran is the best!
Love the big 40 oz size and resealable package. Oat bran makes a creamy. nutritional hot cereal. Simple to make stovetop or microwave, The texture is kind of "cream of wheat-ish", but more flavor. Excellent quality, one ingredient (oat), and high nutritional value. Highly recommend it with a little coconut butter mixed in
