To get the most nutrition from your flaxseeds, grind them into meal. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder. Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal. Add to smoothies, breads, salads and pilafs for a powerful nutritional boost. Store in a cool, dry place. This product is not roasted...It is organic flax seed..I use it to keep me regular, along with water & 4 prunes..I put a teaspoon & put together...leave it from am & drink it at night...
