It's definitely a "starter" Ukulele for kids.
I got this for my daughter for Christmas. I was expecting a little better quality as it's made of plastic, so the tune is off. It's basically just a cheaply made ukulele, which is great for younger children. If she wasnt so specific on wanting the Bluey one, I would have bought a different one on Amazon.
