Bluestar Concrete Resurfacer

This is dry cement powder. You add water to this to make it into a concrete past. While it does work as intended, it sets up fairly quickly so you don't have a lot of time. I wasted one of the two I bought. The second I emptied and then filled a portioned amount into the bottle. I wet it with a proportioned amount of water, shook and used. I had very little left so I rinsed out the bottle and let it dry well. I put the dry powder back in the bottle for storage.
