Excellent!
This is the first time I am taking beta carotene and I can say that I am satisfied. I take it according to the scheme - in the first 15 days of the menstrual cycle. My goal is to improve my egg quality and ovulation. There are other benefits - I notice an effect on my facial skin and complexion.

This is a very nice product, with very well selected ingredients, high quality and excellent bioavailability. The softgel capsules are not very large and are easily swallowed. Personally, this product helps me a lot and I am satisfied. For best results I take 1, always after a fatty meal, usually my lunch.
