No need to condemn the product. These slippers are really nice, they just run a size smaller. My son wears a 9 and he needs a 10. I've learned most slippers are not true to size. Frustrating part that I dread to do, is sending them back. It was a x-mas gift. but by no means is it the fault of Montgomery. They had no part in making the idem and their service has been great with me.
