This has always been an amazing product

I remember using this and cooking with my great grandmother and my grandmother. It's still as great as I remember it. I'm soooo excited to get back into baking. I used this to make lemon meringue cookies and this amazing angel food cake that I added a lemon blueberry glaze over.

Great Pantry Staple

I received this cream of tartar for free in exchange for an honest review. I used it to stabilize whipped cream, and it worked exactly as expected. The packaging feels high-quality and well-sealed, which I appreciate for keeping pantry ingredients fresh. There's not much more to say — it's classic cream of tartar that does what it's supposed to do. I'll buy more when I run out.

Awesome stuff

Absolutely in love with this cream of tartar. It can be used for baking and also for cleaning. I used it to make meringue for my daughter's birthday and it turned out so good. I also used it for cleaning my pots and pans by adding a little bit of water to it. My pots and pans are super shiny after that.
