It's hard to tell any of these apart anymore. I have IBS-C and probiotics have been recommended by my gastrointestinalist. I always try to mix it up but so far this seems to work pretty good.

Works fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this probiotic. I switched from my current favorite brand and am I glad I did. This really helps with the bloating and uncomfortable feeling I used to get after eating. I love this probiotic so much. It's easy to swallow and it helps tremendously with the blah uncomfortable feeling in your gut. Highly recommend this product.
