Do not use • if you are allergic to Arnica montana, Harpagophytum, or to any of this product's inactive ingredients • with other topical products for pain When using this product • avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, damaged or irritated skin • use only as directed • do not tightly wrap or bandage the treated area • do not apply heat or ice to the treated area immediately before or after use. Stop use and ask a doctor if • condition persists for more than 7 days or worsens • symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

▪ Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Arthritis Cream to affected area as soon as possible at the onset of symptoms up to 4 times a day. This product was just what I needed to provide relief to severals part of the body. The discomfort and pain dissipated shortly after application. Also when the pain reappears, it is recommended to reapply several times a day, which I did. There are natural ingredients, does not have a bad smell, absorbs quickly and does not leave stains. This product will become part of my routine when needed.

Love this product
I've been using Boiron Arnicare cream for years for both shoulder and hand pain. I have always been amazed at how well it works. I was excited to try the Boiron arthritis formula and I was not disappointed. It works great, it isn't greasy and is absorbed really well. It also came in a pump dispenser, which I loved since squeezing a tube tends to bother my arthritic hand.
