I took other B complex vitamins that had 8,000% and many brands do that, but my body felt overloaded after a couple of days taking them i thought there was no way i could take B supplements, until i searched long and hard and found these. I usually take 1 in the beginning of the day and 2 in the middle of it. this has kept my energy levels normal where i used to sleep 10-14 hrs. a day now I'm yes and no about needing to sleep after being awake for 16hrs so this is a very welcome product for me. hope this helps!
